C&M Appliances had exactly what we needed. Delivery was quick, within a few days. The owner was present when our washer and dryer were delivered making a great impression. The owner is so nice and his crew was so polite. I love that they offer a warranty too. Thank you C&M Appliances and everything is working great!

This has been the worst experience ever. We purchased a refrigerator on 09/19/2024. The freezer part never fully worked and we have been advised a part was ordered but has not arrived. Recently, the owner told us the part finally arrived and he would have his technician get out to have it repaired. As of 11/04 we have yet to hear from the tech, We have called and left several messages but no one is responding to us. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not do good business and the customer service is the worst. The holidays are approaching we STILL do not have a FULLY functioning Fridge. I will be filling complaints with the BBB or opening a small claims case.

This company have gave me the worst experience ever as much money I been spending on food due to me having to keep throwing food out bc the refrigerator is hot not keeping none of my food cold I have reached out to the owner he had a tech come out the next day after it started making loud noise the owner then brought a “loaner” to my house which is still not keeping my bottom food cold I have text the owner and still haven’t got a reply yet I thought bc my cousin use to do business with him this company would be good but I guess bc we wasnt “personal i got sold a lemon I could of got a new refrigerator with
The money I’ve wasted couldn’t even do Thanksgiving on my new place because of this ladies and gent. Save your money and go to Lowe’s or Home Depot this company is a rip off and lies about fixing it

So I have had a horrible experience with this place! Do not spend your money here . I bought a brand new house for the washer machine to tear up my ceiling in the garage . Then on top of that had to contact consumer affairs before they wanted to replace it. Now the dryer is acting up and has been for a while . Now seeing why in this picture this is definitely not good customer service $550 spent to get a tape together cord for a dryer that goes off and washer that was better the second time replaced . That’s ridiculous and a setup to keep calling them and put money in their pocket.

My 1st experience with this business was good and I gave 5 stars

But the 2nd experience was not good at all. I bought a defective product from this business and it took 7, SEVEN, trips back to the business in a 7 day period to get it rectified. NOT COOL AT ALL!!

Don't think I could recommend this business and that is very disappointing for me.

Customer service and keeping your word is EVERYTHING in business and that wasn't done this time.

SENIORS BEWARE!!!! I am a senior who is just trying to get by. My refrigerator broke and I chose to buy another one from this business. I had a horrible experience with this place. Do not waste your money. I purchased a $500 refrigerator from them in January of this year. In the warehouse, everything worked fine on the appliance. I paid $50 to have it delivered to my house and they broke the water pump for ice and water during delivery. It ended up leaking all over my kitchen floor. The owner took the pump part off and promised he would order, deliver and install a new part. I repeatedly reached out over the last few months and even went as far as going to the warehouse on 4 separate occasions to try to obtain the part myself to see if I could fix it on my own. I also called close to a dozen times. The person who answers their phone mumbles terribly and was hardly understandable. He hung up on me repeatedly.
Here we are, it is almost June and we still have no ice or water on our refrigerator.
They broke my refrigerator, lied to me about fixing it, and treated me horribly.
This owner’s word means nothing. He has a 60 day warranty and it is literally a lie. He shook my hand every time I interacted with him and promised he would make it right. He did not make it right.
Bad business. Go elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Received washer & dryer from C&M. The dryer didnt heat up and the washer had black mold in it SEVERELY! They did replace both, but not without the run-around. I dont have much hope the replacements will even last. The owner Chris is unprofessional. He said he personally checks the appliances (and in this case specifically the dryer) but at the same time did NOT take any accountability himself. He threw every employee under the bus (including his own wife😳) rather than taking accountability and handling the situation with professionalism!

If you want to be ripped off, buy an appliance from here. They will talk you into buying & when there’s a problem no one answers the phone. I went up there everybody blames the other person. I was told to write my number down & I’ll get a call. Never received that call. It’s best to buy something new
