Don't shop here, please. The prices are very expensive for school uniforms. The biggest problem with this establishment is they don't like to return your money. Please don't use your debit card or cash because they'll hold your money for 45 days. Ridiculous. I made a return on the same day purchase and they're making me wait..smh ... for only 142.00. Go to Tops and Bottoms on Peoria..they're nice people too.

My daughter is the 3rd teenage girl from our school who was told from a sales associate, “your hips are a little wide; you’ll need a bigger size,” or something along those lines. Completely rude and unnecessary.

First time buying uniforms for my kid. The staff was very helpful and kind but my daughter wore her slacks one day and the crouch of both her pants started pulling. To me that is poor quality. For the price I paid I could buy two at Target and or Old Navy.

This place is insane. The customer service is the worst. I went in and told the guy that my daughter wore a 00 or a 2 and he grabbed a little girls 8. He had absolutely no clue that there was a difference between girls and women's sizes.

Then they don't have price tags on anything and when you take it to the register they demand your name and phone number before they will ring it up. And finally 1 skirt was $54.. I left it on the counter and walked out

I rate places of business on their customer service if there is a problem how well do the employees and/or business find a solution. I purchased uniform skirts from C&J and on about the 3rd use of my 7th grader the zipper malfunctioned and broke, I don’t keep receipts of clothes because I expect the quality to reflect on the price.

I asked one of the employees (both were standing next to each other) for a solution, would prefer an exchange but even a discount would’ve been suffice. Nothing, they both said without a receipt there was absolutely nothing they can do. They use a specific Brand of clothing so there wouldn’t be any confusion of where the skirt came from. But even so they said there is nothing they could do for me…

I was not expecting the prices and was a bit dismayed. However the quality is there. What really won me over was the clearance and sale prices but most of all the ladies in there with the measuring tapes, ability and willingness to assist us in finding the right sizes.

On 07/28/18 my wife visited your store in search of uniforms for our children. Upon entering she was stopped by the gentleman at the counter and was asked to leave her purse at the front before shopping. The customer checking out directly in front of my wife asked, "why?" The gentleman offered no response. During this time another customer walked through the door and was allowed to shop freely without relinquishing her purse. Despite my wife being singled out amongst the other two patrons, she gave him her purse and proceeded to purchase a few items before promptly leaving. I've worked retail in my youth and I'm well aware of the importance of policies concerning loss prevention. As a privately owned business you have every right to protect your goods, but at the cost of service? My issue is the way in which you chose to enforce such a policy. I know I don't need to tell you alienating my wife in front of other customers (causing one to question the timed inforcement of such a policy) is the poorest of customer service. In my opinion, this was as much of an embarrassment to my wife, a past customer, as it was to your establishment.

My wife has been by multiple times and they have been closed during stated open hours. The other day she went by (and they were open) to purchase pants and their credit card machine was down and they would only take cash which my wife did not have on her. CJ's is horribly run. There needs to be competition in Tulsa for school uniforms so CJ's will improve or go out of business. Avoid CJ's if possible. There is so much more I could say.
