Great prices, fast service. 12 days from measuring to installed! Amazing staff! Carpet is so soft. Color is excatly what we wanted. Install guys had whole house (1 story) done in about 3hrs! Would highly recommend.

We just replaced 700 square feet of slate, tile, and parquet flooring. We were pleased with the service and installation; Steve's team was done in less than a week. I expected to have to clean the floors when they were finished, but they scrubbed them all so that we could move our furniture when it was ready.

I have used C & C in two different houses now. They did an excellent job on both occasions. Both jobs they cleaned carpets that were stained and worn. The carpets both came great, all the stains were removed and both looked brand new! I also had them come and clean my tile, the tile and grout were grimy looking and feeling, after C & C cleaned them they looked and felt great! I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heart. Very kind and courteous and willing to work around your schedule!

Victor was incredibly rude to me. We've spent thousands of dollars at C&C over the years, and today i was treated like a child. There are plenty of other tile stores to take our business to. It's a shame that after a decade of business we will not be returning.

While they were pretty helpful when it came to helping us pick out which luxury vinyl tile would work best for us, after we paid it kinda went downhill from there. We inquired at least 4 times over a 2 week span about when the flooring would be in so we could get an estimated installation date since we opted to pull the tile in the kitchen ourselves to cut a little bit off the labor so we needed to know when to start that. My husband also went ahead and pulled all the baseboards and door trim in the kitchen, dining, living, entry and hallway so we could mark it ourselves since we are painting it. We also moved pretty much everything from these areas (that was technically something we paid for in the installation). So come monday morning the crew shows up and we find out that the flooring has to sit inside our house for 24hrs so the 1 day this was "supposed" to take is now 2 days so another unexpected missed day of work and the house is a total wreck with 2 small kids we didn't plan for or had been able to plan for them to stay with family. Well the crew pulled the carpet and had to grind the glue from the tack strips and the glue and grout from the kitchen. We come home when they are finished and there's concrete dust on basically every inch of our house! Stove, microwave, sink, counters, beds, clothes, shoes, bathrooms, toys...EVERYWHERE! The crew did not cover anything, nor shut any doors, nor tell us to turn the furnace off! At 7pm the whole house still had a cloudy look with so much dust still in the air you could feel it in your mouth it was awful! By this time the place is closed. So I go up to the office the following morning and tell them we have an issue and now the amount of cleaning we will have to do is huge, so the sales rep comes out to the house and offers us a guy they use to clean up and us pay half! And that it would roughly take this guy 3hrs to wipe down and 1100sqft 3 bed 2 bath house... and another missed day of work while this guys cleans..or to give them an idea of what we believe we should get refunded...and "the crew wasn't even supposed to grind so rep would have to now pay the crew more for doing that" and the crew told the rep "well the whole floor really didn't need grinded we just did it anyway" so the rep is sticking to his guns on the fact that he assumed there wasn't going to be any grinding (ASSUMED) so he didnt send his guys with plastic or instruct them to cover things or close doors. But these guys were dropped off by a van and left at the house with a flipping grinder and a shop vac...so how did you "not know" they were grinding from 9am until 330pm? And besides that, all that had to be done was to the pull carpet. It was a joke situation that was handled very unprofessionally. Oh and the negotiations for the refund took 2 days and ended up $200...$200 wont even cover the air duct cleaning... none the less the amount of time the cleaning required. I will never recommend this company! Below are some pictures of the amount of concrete dust on the whole house

This Company is the best in town. You can order what you want, personal help not like a salesman someone that can guide you to get the right thing even if its costs less than what you thought you wanted. They Care about you!!
