From start to finish the process was easy and quick. The application is easy if you’re financing. Communication is quick and efficient. Appointments are booked as soon as possible. Going in, the front desk staff is fantastic and friendly. Vinny, is an amazing manager and makes sure you love the car you buy before talking numbers. During numbers process he knowledgeable and always willing to help anyone he can. My new to me car is perfect and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thanks to everyone who helped me. Mike was amazing! He was very patient & thorough/informative in assisting me through this car buying process. I will admit I was a bit uncertain in the beginning, as the process of purchasing such big ticket items can be unnerving but, I was made aware of the limited warranty that comes with their vehicles, as well as the discounted services they provide on site after the warranty expires, it all made me feel better about my purchase, feeling secure incase any need for repairs arises. I don't remember her name but, the lovely young lady at the front desk was welcoming & friendly, they all made me feel welcomed!🥰

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy a car here. If you do, make sure to bring someone with you who knows about cars. Just TRUST ME, this is not a good idea no matter how badly you need a car. All I can say there is a car that was boughten with them that is broken down with so many issues that losses were cut with because of SO MANY ISSUES and it is currently sitting right back on their lot to sell again to someone.

BRING A DIAGNOSTIC CAR SCANNER WITH YOU BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER BUYING.

I feel bad for the future customers that they will prey on.

I called C&C cars and spoke to sales rep Mike. I called to get help with a new payment plan for my vehicle that I have purchased in May 2024. I recently started a new job and I wasn’t making enough to keep up with my payments when I told Mike this he told me that Delivery drivers don’t get exceptions for new payment plans and that if I was going to use his vehicle to deliver I needed to make my payments on time. He was very rude and uncooperative, I have never experienced anything like this since I have bought my car from them It was such a shock to me.

Highly recommend anyone that doesn't have good credit but is person that is just looking for a chance to prove your credit score doesn’t define u to go here to c&c .
