Shady business, stay away. I gave a deposit for a car I won on Ebay and confirmed the deposit was fully refundable for any reason I did not move forward and they ghosted me. I have full chain of messages with proof and when I finally got through to the Manager, he blamed me for wasting time. Crooked business people, do not deal with them.

Recently brought a 2007 Buick Lucerne from C and B motors for 3900 dollars. A week into having the car it's started misfiring and eventually wouldn't start. Had it towed to a shop and found out it needed 3,000 dollars worth of work done to it. Everything needed work from a intake gaskets to an control arm. Eventually found the car was also previously hit and had a bent frame, I was never told this during the buying process. I received the title in the mail only to find out it had been rebuilt.

I reached out to C and B motors and let them know I was highly disappointed with the car and to see if I could receive at least some of my money back. I took full responsibility for buying the car, but also felt no car should ever shut down only after a week of having it. Especially when I paid 3,900 dollars cash for it. I asked if they would be willing to refund me 2,500 dollars of my money back and I would return the car no hard feelings. They refused and actually counter with a 1,200 dollar offer. This is only 2 weeks of me buying the car. They also offer me another car off their lot, but only when they received more inventory. That's been about week now and still haven't heard from them.

Like the other reviews been saying stay far away.Just wish I had read these before I purchased my car.

Bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue for $4250 with 102000 miles on it back in the beginning of March from these guys. They claimed it had good inspection and no problems, also originally told me $4000 and then tried to add an extra $500 for “inspection and a new compressor switch”. I took the car to my mechanic and put almost $1000 into repairs between new control arms and bushings, a new oil pan, exhaust leak, and rusted parts. After that adventure I also found out the compressor switch they apparently replaced was a lie because my ac does not work and I am now putting another $900 into a brand new compressor. They lie to get money when there are issues they very obviously know about and do not note at all. Not to mention the “as is” policy so you cannot hold them accountable for their lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased a car from them on ebay. Car was just as described in add, had a clean and clear title. I had a great experience with the staff and had no issues what so ever. Note the car I bought is 20 years old and drove it 6 hours home no problems at all! I would highly recommend them, and know to do your research with any used vehicle you are buying.

Bought a truck on eBay I knew it needed some body work on the bed. Took bed off only to find out frame rusted as heck. Brake line blew out when I got close to home with it. Stated no leaks. But transmission and front differential leak. Stated clean title no accidents. Yes clean title but truck was definitely in an accident. Stated in eBay ad great heat and ac. Ac doesn't work.sold truck as a 4.0 motor but in reality it's a 3.0 motor. Big price difference in value. Stated power windows and locks. But doesn't have them. Not concerned about that but still false advertising. I left a negative feedback but they paid netnuetrals to get it removed. Google the vin number before you bid. Turns out my truck was won two times on eBay but deals never went through. A little strange to me. Maybe shell bidders. I googled a couple other vehicles numbers and same thing. Cars sold on eBay but never went through They hide behind as is warranty so bid carefully and go see car in person before buying cars are auction junks. Many won't pass state inspection for rust issues

Absolute SCAM ARTISTS and LIARS! I wish I could give less than one star. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I bet the only 5 stars they have are from people that work there.

We found the 2010 Prius on Ebay, it was listed as great condition (heat works, runs great, ect..) so we paid a $500 deposit and flew out from Utah to pick the car up. A few minutes into testing out the car I realized the heat was not working. It's February so that's a real problem. A few minutes after that the car's warning light comes on. We take it back to them and they say "Oh really? It's been running perfectly for us." So they have one of their employees go with us to get it checked out.
When we get there the auto shop owner says we should go somewhere else due to "conflicting interests". So we go across town to another shop and it takes us over an hour because the car kept overheating every few miles. Once finally there that owner runs a diagnostic and says the car has a blown water pump.
After another hour or so we get back to C&B and Dan says they can take the car to their guy tomorrow and they'll pay for part of the repairs. Only later he remembered that his guy didn't work on Saturdays. All the while promising to give us our money back if it doesn't work out. But of course he "would have to wait for his accountant to come back to make the refund".
This whole ordeal took so long (until about 11pm) that we lost our reservation at our air bnb in Washington DC and there were no places to stay available anywhere close so we ended up having to sleep in the back of the car. Worst night of my life! I maybe slept a total of 20 minutes. It was freezing cold after it had been raining all day then dropped below 30° and the floor of the car was so hard and uncomfortable I was in pain for over a week.
That next morning we had Dan take us to the Toyota dealership to get the maintenance history on the car. There they let it slip that the car had a blown head gasket that happened before they bought the vehicle and showed that there had been no repairs done to it since. He tried to say that they had fixed it since they bought it but all the symptoms were still there so that was an obvious lie.
Right then we decided to walk away. Honestly the whole thing was such a nightmare I can't even do it justice writing it down. Dan said he'd give us a ride to the airport and kept saying that once his accountant came into work on Monday he'd give us out money back. Oh how I wish we would've gotten that in writing or on video because once we got to the airport we never heard from Mr. Dan again. He ignored or blocked our phone calls like the criminal he is.
How they get away with it is they put the deposit as "nonrefundable" on Ebay so there's nothing we can do to get our money back and trust me we tried everything. So now we're out $500 plus all the expenses it took to fly out and back.
Looking back we should have seen all the red flags but living where we do we tend to want to trust our fellow man. Not these people. They will lie straight to your face. They are what's wrong with the world today. Absolute trash.

I would leave zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY!!!!! Bought a Trailblazer with a warranty. 3 months later I needed to use the warranty for get the 4 wheel drive fixed. It turns out C and B Motors took my money for the warranty and then never gave it to the warranty company. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I sued them in court and won. Look them up in the BBB website and in public records. They have been sued a number of times throughout the years and lost almost every time. When the owner found out from my lawyer that he lost the suit, his exact words were, "So what is another judgment against me, oh well?" I have yet to receive payment for the suit and I have to bring him back to court again to put a lien against his property until he pays me. Complete fraud. They should be shut down.

Bad! Stay Away! 2007 Yukon Denali EBay deal, item not as described. Power windows and power locks did not works, over $4000.00 in body and paint damage not in description! Waste of time and money there are too many honest dealers out there. Buy your car elsewhere it will be less hassle!
