This shop is the perfect bike shop. Husband and wife run it very well. Casey is the absolute best. I had failed at changing tires and tubes on my 10 speed. Casey took care of the tires in less than 15 minutes. This is a terrific place.

These people are great! I needed a tube and tire and he did it immediately. Very reasonable price. These people support our community and provide bikes to local charities through a giving program. If you're thinking about getting rid of an old bike, they'll refurbish it and provide it (through charitable programs) to those in need. Really awesome people.

I love this shop my only regret is not finding it sooner. Reasonable pricing fast service and the knowledge Casey shares is worth every penny I spent. I will absolutely be making this my primary bike shop. If you are a avid bike rider or even a beginner and need parts service or advice this is the place to go!

I am new to the area and was looking for a fair price on a repair and also some tips related to trails in the area, etc. and ended up talking to Casey for 20 minutes about building bikes, trail recommendations and the fair pricing he gave me on my repairs. By far and away my favorite bike shop in the Tri Cities area. Casey and Carmen are the nicest couple, and I felt like I was a kid again at my local bike shop. They are the definition of a family business, and they really care about their customers. I highly recommend them for all your bike needs
