I was excited to try Blossoms, because I enjoyed their Bay City location right after it opened. I ordered Blossom's Fried Rice with shrimp, Egg Drop Soup, and Crab Rangoon. The Egg Drop soup was the second worst I've eaten. The soup had zero veg or tofu, very little egg, and the main flavor was tap water with sesame oil. The Crab Rangoon were fried until they were dark brown, and had absorbed too much oil due to being fried so long. The filling of the Crab Rangoon was tasty, at least. Blossom's Fried Rice with shrimp lacked flavor, and shrimp. The rice was almost white in color, had very little soy sauce added to it, and had 7 small/med shrimp in it. The only flavor that came through in the Blossom's Fried Rice was onion. I had to add my own soy and sesame oil for it to taste somewhat palatable.

I ordered a side of noodles. Very flavorful and delicious. You can adjust the heat level to what you would like.. Good size portion. Service was great. Very clean and cozy atmosphere.

First, the good… the staff was very nice and attentive and it was easy to order and quick to serve. Next, I was surprised that you order at the counter and it all comes in take out plastic (and you clean up after yourself) not good or bad, just a surprise! Now the unfortunate…the food quality was pretty poor, barely a step above Panda Express. Subpar flavors, overall bland and zero authenticity. I’m not sure how you can call that rice “fried rice” other than it was greasy. And the egg drop soup was inedible, it had no flavor. The Korean beef and Mongolian chicken were mediocre at best. For $15 meals each, I guess I expected more of a sit down restaurant quality but it’s mall food take out at best. Oh well, won’t be back!

Gotta say Everytime I Doordash and the time I ate in there this place makes the Food with Love and Passion no matter what you get and if have any questions there not afraid to look into it and make sure its ok for you. For example my Best friends girlfriend is pregnant and loves sushi but couldn't have raw fish cause its unhealthy for the Child. The man at the counter looked into it on the menu and talked to the kitchen and found out there was cooked ones and she was able to have that so they went above and beyond for that. The chef was able to come out of kitchen and talk with me personally and even recommended me a dish after eatting and me telling him thank you so much for next time and a sause that was with it and even let me try the sause and I loved it.

So if looking for a Place that makes Fresh food with Love and Passion, Great service and Speed and a Great Atmosphere thats relaxing and such Go here or doordash here.

This place never dissatisfied me and never will thank you so much to this Place for the Love and Care you do Keep being amazing

Our family heard great things about and recently ordered takeout from Blossoms Asian Kitchen and it was so flavorful and absolutely delicious!! So glad that we tried their food. We will definitely be regular customers now!!

Look, I haven't explored much of the menu, and I'm not going to. The Blossoms over in Bay City uses ingredients that taste very much like they were freshly removed from a plastic package, and each bite is worse than the last. It doesn't help that their menu is remarkably narrow.

I gave their miso ramen a try, and it tasted like neither miso nor ramen. There are places in Bay City, Detroit, Chicago, lots of other areas that have actual ramen. But this? This made me regret not saving 90% of the cost and getting one of those trashy noodles made of paper that include flavored salt packets.

I'm sure there's a hidden gem on the menu here, but considering there are distinctly better Asian eateries in Midland, that's one journey I'm not going to brave. This isn't food. It's not even garbage that can be passed off as food.

My first time coming here. My daughter wanted to try it. It is cafeteria style where you order at the register and they bring it out. Friendly staff, prices a little high, clean place. Food was so-so. Chicken was a little tough.

Dine in dinner, three entres' and two soups. What we found less than desirable:

Mongolian beef special (spicy) was bland no hint of spice, more of a beef gravy than Mongolian sauce. Beef was tough and chewy, fried rice noodle embellishment was like chewing on under cooked pasta (tough and sticky).

Miso soup saltier than cheap pickle brine!

The sushi roles and shrimp entre' were ok but I would not make a special trip for them.
