Visited 2 weeks ago and was wonderful. Tonight, entire visit was regrettable. Service poor, food sub standard and the table and floor were covered in unknown liquid. Wasn't cleaned up until just before a party of 8 was seated next to us. Guess a 3 top doesn't rate very high. No added gratuity in our bill, server didn't try too hard either. Table of 8 was alot for her, had to get my own beer from the bar. 2 out of 10 don't recommend. Sliders were burnt, chicken parm was almost cold but my roadhouse burger was OK. This is about 10 pm and not very busy for a Friday so expected the same experience we received about the same time 2 weeks prior.

We went after the Lobby Lounge concert at 9pm. The fact that they were still open was amazing to me. Our server, Ashley, was Professional, friendly and on top of her game. We chose to order potstickers and sweet potato fries. Both were delicious. We wanted to a different sandwich, but they were out of quite a few items. We were still pleased with the experience and will not hesitate to go again.

Took my 88 year old father here for the first time. After looking over the menu. We both ordered the Tri-tip. Medium rare. He wanted loaded baked potato. I wanted baked sweet potato. Was told they didn’t have sweet potato’s. So I ordered asparagus. About 20 minutes later server came back to the table saying we only have 1 Tri-tip. So I ordered New Orleans jambalaya. When our order came out. My father couldn’t hardly cut the steak. I looked at it and it was dry and well done. I tried it. It was horrible. He didn’t like to complain. But this was sad. I do have pictures of the steak that was supposed to be medium rare.
Now to the server. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. We both wanted unsweetened tea. One no lemon the other with. We had to repeat 3-4 times for her to understand.
Was a really upsetting experience. I have eaten at BJs numerous numerous times. From Dallas/Fort Worth to Indiana. Always was good.

I rolled into Slidell expecting an improvement in the level of competency within the service industry, but, I was greatly disappointed. I walked into the establishment with a dark cloud hovering over my head. I sat at the bar and instantaneously I was greeted by Lloyd. Due to Lloyd's exceptional perception and people skills, he was able to decertain that I was in a bad mood and proceeded to go above and beyond in accommodating my presence. He recommended some of the best options on the menu and he did not disappoint. Those avocado 🥑 egg roles are amazing 👏 🤩 . After the first bite, followed by a sip of crown apple/ginger, all of those dark clouds disappeared. This lead me to request the steak, Brussel sprouts and sweet potato fries. This turned out to be a good choice 👌, except for the brussel sprouts. I prefer my sprouts steamed or boiled. After I have had my fill, Lloyd and I had a short conversation where I was able to explain the dark clouds he saw earlier 😅. He was very empathetic to the experiences I was having that day and we came to an understanding. Thanks Lloyd! The best $100 I ever spent. I was able to walk out of there with a positive outlook. 🙌 You probably would give my psychiatrist a run for her money. I wish you great things on your journey through life. It's because people like you exist in the service industry, why I am willing to venture out of the comforts of my home.

I’ve eaten at BJs twice. Each time, there were only a few tables with guests and the food took extremely long to come out. The food is decent but not “wait forever” decent. My favorite dish is the Avocado Eggrolls. The pizzas are advertised as being really good but I found them to be just okay. I did enjoy the Mahi Mahi Tacos though! I’d love to regularly dine here but the wait time is just too long to deal with.

Had Tuna appetizer, very good. My wife has salad with grilled chicken, she was very satisfied with portion and food quality. I has the Wedge Salad with steak. Ordered medium rare but came out WAY overdone. Food took a while to be served as they were busy. Bartender was apologetic and offered to re-do my meal but since it took so long to get our food and I was starving I opted to live with it.
Bartender did a great job & took my meal off the check. Greatly appreciated & we will return.

My whole family loves going to BJs! We love the plethora of food choices. We’ve always been happy with the choices we get. I like that it’s delicious and that they have healthy food options too. Always love our servers too! It’s the restaurant we go to mostly!

I had been working for about 36 hours and was finally off. I was in need of a hot meal. I looked up restaurants in my area and the only one that came up and open was BJ’s down the street from my hotel. I walked in at 11:38 pm. The website I had looked at said the restaurant closed at 1am. This was important to me because I don’t ever want to walk in as a business as they are trying to close. I was greeted by Thomas (bartender). He was very friendly and said not to worry about the time. I kept my order simple with a burger and cocktail. The food and drink were very good and I never felt rushed even as they were trying to close. My hats off to the employees who made my evening pleasant and un rushed!
