My first and last time coming here. I’ve been pulling trailers all day nonstop and needed a pick me up. Walk in and the white dude made a stupid face and rolled his eyes. The girl even defended it by saying we cannot get anything done. Well if you hate your job that much quit and walk out. If I was the owner or manager you’d be fired on the spot treating customers like that. Unprofessional behavior

We are so happy to have another coffee spot in town, we stopped in and bought a frozen caramel latte and a spotted owl hot drink. Both were very good, the location has only been open for a few days so obviously everything was nice and clean. We appreciated the helpful staff it seemed like they were still in training, but they did very well. There is not very much seating at all only about 10 seats total. It looks like it is mostly a drive-through, which is also great.

I only drink dark roast black coffee no sugar. There's no hiding bad coffee when you're not adding anything. My French roast coffee from Biggby was very good and an amazing value. It was what coffee should cost. I would go all the time if I didn't live 800 miles away. The staff was super friendly and patient also.

The customer service is abysmal. They don't greet people, they ignored us in the lobby for 10 minutes to only give me a snotty look when my husband finally got their attention. To get their attention he had to bang on the counter because knocking on the window wasn't doing it. The girl with the black hair is rude and very unprofessional. If you go here expect a slow and rude experience.

How 5 employees manage to consistently take 7-10 minutes to prepare a cold brew will never make sense to me. I could understand if they're slammed. I could even understand once in a blue moon, things happen.

But every time? And when I'm the only car in the drive through? How is this even possible? That's after pulling up to the speaker and being asked to wait a full two minutes before ordering. I'm the only customer at the store, what on earth are you doing that you ask me to wait that long just to take my order?
