Kelcy at A Slice of Heaven Cakery was recommended to us by our wedding planner for our wedding cake and we are so grateful for the recommendation. Kelcy took time to meet with us to talk about what we were looking for in a wedding cake and we got to do a few taste tests. We chose a layered caked and sheet cake with different flavors since we loved everything we tried. The imitation almond, vanilla, and chocolate chip flavors were amazing and our guests loved the cake too!

Slice of Heaven bakery made a Branch the Troll cake for my grandson’s third birthday. Not only was the decoration perfect, the cake was absolutely delicious! It was even more delicious , if it’s possible, the next day! The cake was moist and flavorful and the frosting smooth delicious and not overly sweet! Just perfect! My only regret is that I live in Chicago and Lapel is a it far! However, I. Hope that my daughter and son-in-law will get your cakes for every family events. One more thing….we are considered wonderful bakers but we agree we co uldnt have made a better cake and definitely wouldn’t do such a perfect Branch!

Everything about this cake was amazing!!!! It looks exactly like the picture I sent her. The colors are on point, tastes amazing and wasn't dry. It was super affordable and everyone at the party was raving about it. I will definitely be coming back for more cakes!!!

We ordered a 3 tier cake for our wedding in 2014. Our experience with A Slice of Heaven Cakery was great. We sat down with the owners for a tasting and let them know exactly what we wanted. The cake was delivered to our venue in Indy with no issues and the cake was beautiful and delicious. My husband and I were extremely pleased with it and our guests complimented on the look and taste of the cake as well. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome little bakery! I tried their cake at a wedding I attended last year. It was phenomenal!! Delicious, moist and beautifully decorated. I also purchased a cheesecake during the village fair last year and it was the best I've ever had! My family loved it and it was gone within hours! A Slice Of Heaven is a great asset to Lapel!
