Because of my discomfort, I feel this office worked with be to get me an appointment as soon as possible. My office wait time was more than reasonable and acceptable to see someone with outstanding knowledge and understanding like Anna. She diagnosed the issue and did not jump to extreme solutions as has been done before, rather approached the opportunity as a challenge. As an engineer for 40 years we addressed the situation and jointly decided the approach to be implemented. A very outstanding experience with a professional. Thank you

2/5/2025. Monthly whole body skin exam with Anya and assistant. 10-12 items frozen off, no biopsies this time. Anya has seen me for several years, every 90 days. Always professional, thorough, knowledgeable, personable, sense of humor too. Her thesis in med school was on identifying melanoma. I have dealt with nodular malignant melanoma for 37 years, over 100 scars on me from biopsies and numerous subsequent tissue removals. Serious stuff, must stay diligent if a person wishes to remain alive. It can appear ANYWHERE on your body, as it has on me. ANYWHERE, so don't be shy or bashful, as your very life may depend on it.

Great location, easy access into the office area, friendly check in , Anna was friendly and thorough during my examination for any skin issues. She froze 4 or 5 spots along with a biopsy on my nose. I’ll be back for another check up soon !

I was a new patient. I had red flags with this office based on my very first interaction with the lady that made my appointment over the phone, I had several questions, and she hung up on me while I was still talking and I had to call back to ask my other questions and was on hold for quite some time before someone picked up the line. I had my second red flags when I walked in the building, I was not greeted by either of the girls at the front desk for what felt like at least 5 minutes, neither of them were on the phone. One girl didn’t even look up from her computer. I would suggest at least acknowledging a patient as they walk in the door, if you’re busy, let them feel seen and let them know you will be with them shortly. Once I was acknowledged, I was told that I had to have a card on file, non negotiable. I dont think that is an acceptable policy. Ive never had a doctors office require a card on file. I dont feel that Anya did not listen to me at all during her brief exam. I felt like she was in a rush during my time in the exam room, and she appeared to just want to get out the room and move on. I was not happy with my first time experience with the office in a whole.

We visited Anna for a rash my wife was having. Anna was very attentive, answered all of our questions. She provided a prescription for a lotion/creme that is already helping. It helped that Anna and my wife both had Russian as a first language. We highly recommend her.

Anya was exceptional. I was a new patient having recently relocated to AZ, and she took her time to give me a thorough evaluation and explain what she was seeing and any recommendations for treatment. I ended up needed two biopsies, one of which was on my lower lip, which for any of you who have ever had work done on your lip know that it is a very sensitive area “not fun”. Anya recognized that I was a little anxious about the procedure and went out of here way to make me as comfortable as possible, even numbing my lip with ice before injecting the lidocaine. This resulted in a virtually painless experience, which is something I had never had before. Thank you so much Anya, you really made a difference, and I am now a loyal patient.
