I was recommended by my neighbor to visit your location after I expressed some difficulty in deciding where to purchase a riding mower. They specifically suggested I speak with Brian, but when I arrived, he was assisting another customer. Dave stepped in to help, and I explained that this would be my first riding mower. I also shared my indecision between purchasing a lawn tractor or a zero-turn mower.

Dave was incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly explain the key differences, ultimately persuading me to consider a zero-turn mower. I let him know that I needed to think it over as it was a significant purchase. On my way out, I had a conversation with their father, who assured me that I was in the right place for purchasing a mower. He mentioned they offer in-house servicing and delivery, which was a great bonus.

After reflecting on it overnight, I drove 45 minutes back the next day and decided to purchase the Husqvarna Z242F zero-turn mower. Brian delivered it to me today, and we had a great conversation—he’s extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their store to anyone. Thank you to the entire team!

Completely screwed my $700 brush cutter. $200 + and repair at another dealer $$$. I've waited a long time to calm down. Complete incompetence from the door, mechanics and management. Please don't embarrass yourselves by saying you did everything you could for me. You have a culture of lying from the get go. Whatever this business used to be is no more. I stand by my word. You have no business being a Husqvarna certified dealer / repair. I'll still have to pay more to repair your "repairs" #HusqvarnaUSA

Wow? I'm looking at all of the 5 star reviews and im thinking if these are in fact real reviews then they must HATE me!?
Purchased a new buggy from them a few years ago, worst purchase I could have made! No customer service,
NO COMMUNICATION and they've had my buggy almost a month? And I have never gotten a call or update - NOT ONCE! I have had to call every time.🤷🏽I bought it cause I need it and they couldn't give less of a care!
I could go on and on...

I would leave a one star but that would be unfair to the mechanics because they had the most curtesy. Other than that we have recieved bad attitude and horrible attitude.

Edit: I came in to pick up a piece of equipment for the company I work for, my name was not nor is it needed. I am simply reporting my personal experience here 🙃 have a fantastic day.

Love C&J! Recently got into the lawn service business and purchased all of my equipment from them. They beat everyone's prices on my purchase and didn't stop being helpful even after I'd made my purchase. Any questions I have I can direct to them and get an educated response. Great family business, phenomenal prices, knowledgeable associates, and all around best place for any lawn care/ chainsaws / spare parts you may need.
